Burnt Norton is a stunning venue for all types of weddings and wedding receptions. You can have the wedding service in either the house or in the Summer House (currently under restoration) situated in the middle of the wood (in the garden).

The Summer House is only available for smaller weddings.

The house is available for smaller receptions and parties, but for large receptions and parties, marquees are available to go on the lawn.

Burnt Norton is also the perfect place for a number of functions other than weddings and conferences. There are currently a number of projects underway, for example the early 18th century amphitheatre is currently being restored to provide a venue for outdoor choral events, outdoor parties, etc.

The 18th century extension to the Jacobean manor provides for any indoor event such as parties, dances and concerts.

Educational visits to Burnt Norton can be organized and are highly recommended for students of English literature as one of the 'Four Quartets' by T.S. Eliot was written about and is called Burnt Norton. The rose-garden and the bluebell walk inspired T.S. Eliot to write about Burnt Norton in his famous masterpiece.
